19:30 Playing (Game Development) Eduardo Brito and Diogo Martins In this Children’s Month, members of Gamedev Meet Barcelos will present some free technologies that allow people to develop video games in their free time, at all different levels of technical skills, from no-code approaches to approaches very focused on writing code/programming.

We will present some projects from the Free/Libre Open Source community that allow people to explore this creative and technical side of digital games.

10:00 Workshop - Light and Color with Microbit Arthur Coelho Participants will be challenged to combine Microbit boards, RGB LEDs and sensors to program small aesthetic and interactive luminous experiences on the Makecode platform. This activity takes advantage of the enormous pedagogical potential of the Micro:bit board to work on computational thinking, elementary notions of programming and interactive arts.

The session is designed for children and young people.
Computer/notebook (cell phone/tablet is not available, due to the connection to the microbit boards).

14:00 1st Great Wiki Rally of the Portuguese Pavement Wikimedia Portugal The meeting point will be at the popularly known Praça dos Leões (Praça de Gomes Teixeira).
Participants will then explore predefined routes, mapping, photographing and recording as much information as possible about the Portuguese pavement along the route, for later recording in OSM, Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons and Wikipedia.
The event will end at an uncertain time, in an uncertain location (which is to say, after the sun sets we all go to a space with internet to upload data, and then socialize as long as possible).
